This place is fantastic, it's tucked away in a tidy building with views overlooking the city. 🌆.

Warm, perfect room complete with four single beds and extra-large bathroom, for example. Coffee/tea making facilities and a refrigerator are a nice touch...

the hotel's location is beautiful and good, close enough to a shopping center and a restaurant. the units were exceptionally nice with extra-large bathroom.

The staff was very helpful and professional, and the view from our double room overlooking the city was the highlight of our stay.

we where surprised to get grate value for our money, there was every thing we needed in the room and it was comfortable and clean.

I was here for 1 day and would happily return. I loved the room with extra-large bathroom, the bed was good. The location was beautiful and absolutely perfect - just next door to the outskirts of Parma and the alpine arch and a big supermarket. It also was close to a shopping center.

Comfortable and spacious room with great soundproofing, plus a big bathroom 🛁. I really liked the room's stylish decorations. the hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of a nearby city, making it super convenient.

The pricing of the hotel is really good, for 3 persons, only 55 euros. It's quite close to Parma, just 10 min driving. The room is considered spacious, the beds are comfortable. Unlimited free wifi access in room for 24 hours.

Just that the 3rd guest needs to sleep on the sofa, which is a bit too small.

Very good location - just on the main road to Parma, on a crossection. Simple, but nice, big room and a bathroom, very clean and quite. I left the hotel at 5.45 and there was the breakfast served already - besides a very good breakfast - ham, cheese, pastries, variety of cookies, fresh fruits etc. Very good combination of quality and a price !

The staff here is very kind and attentive to all guests, and the location is conveniently situated near bars, restaurants, and a shopping complex as well as a shopping center.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable room, and renovated bathroom. The breakfast was really good, great variety and quality. The trattoria nearby was excellent, very good food

Front desk man was very rude. Our room had windows toward the road, so it was a little bit noisy

Rooms are Very big and clean. Very basic, not much furniture or desing but comfortable. For us it was a good location. Breakfast is decent.

Enterance to the hotel was around the back side and not kept up enough. Also front side was kind of shaby. Looks like needs some remodeling the outside of the hotel.
